Robert W. Sink
My name is Rob Sink. I am the managing attorney of The Law Offices of Robert W. Sink. I have been practicing personal injury and complex litigation law in the Philadelphia area since 1994. If you decide to hire me, your case becomes my cause. I strive to treat the case of each and every client as importantly as if they were members of my own family. I’m proud to say that I am still in regular contact with many past clients whose cases I have successfully handled, and still receive holiday cards and calls from clients I have helped even over ten years ago. During the course of my career, I have recovered millions and millions of dollars for my clients and am humbled to say that I have been able to play a major role in changing many clients’ lives for the better.
I have nearly 25 years experience handling complex litigation, including family law. I have successfully handled all aspects of divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, alimony pendente lite, pre-nuptial agreements, child support, custody, protection from abuse, settlement negotiations, and property settlement agreements. My accounting and finance background—with an M.B.A.—gives me a tremendous advantage over other attorneys. That’s why they hire me to counsel them in their own divorce cases. I will zealously fight to ensure that you get the best possible outcome in court or by settlement.
I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, and attended Temple Law School in Philadelphia. I am one of less than 500 lawyers in the country that has received a Masters in Trial Advocacy degree. I am a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which limits membership to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollars settlements – fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. I recovered my first multi-million dollar verdict by the age of 28 in front of a Philadelphia jury, and have gone on to recover many other million and multi-million dollar awards and settlements. I have twice been recognized as having achieved one of the annual top 50 verdicts in the entire state of Pennsylvania, and several of my cases have been featured in the National Law Journal, Pennsylvania Law Weekly and The Legal Intelligencer. I am personally available for free consultation. If you cannot come to me, I can arrange to come to you. I do not charge any fee unless I am able to get a recovery for you.
